Histoires De Parfums Moulin Rouge Fragrance Review
I love everything about Moulin Rouge and I enjoy wearing this powdery, fresh fragrance. Days that I want something simple I grab for Moulin Rouge from Histoires De Parfums. I know that some men might find Moulin Rouge a bit challenging to wear as it does come off feminine but once you get past that you might enjoy it. Just think of the powdery qualities of Dior Homme Intense? Histoires de Parfums Moulin Rouge has the same dominant iris note that’s in Dior Homme Intense but they both go into different directions.
Histoires de Parfums Moulin Rouge 1189 captures the Moulin Rouge in a bottle. Just give it a sniff you’ll see what I mean!
Another excellent fragrance release from the Tom Ford Private Blend fragrance collection. What does Tom Ford Tobacco Oud smell like? We’ve heard of comparisons to Tom Ford Amber Absolute from his Private Blend collection as well as Tom Ford Sahara Noir from his signature collection. This is definitely an amber dominant fragrance and the oud is there hidden with big does of tobacco, ashy, dirty tobacco with incense characteristics! To me this is an excellent fragrance for someone that loves amber based fragrances. For the lover of tobacco in fragrances Tom Ford Tobacco Oud is perfect for you. If you’re into smokey, incense based fragrances then Tom Ford Tobacco Oud will be perfect for you.
Find out if Tom Ford Tobacco Oud come close to Tom Ford Amber Absolute and Tom Ford Sahara Noir. And find out what I think about Tom Ford Tobacco Oud.
Tom Ford Cafe Rose and Montale Intense Cafe are two excellent rose and coffee based fragrances. I love them both and love wearing them a lot. Cafe Rose really started my obsession with the rose and the note in fragrances. Upon first sniff of Cafe Rose by Tom Ford I was hooked. It’s fantastic. Cafe Rose got me into things like Noir de Noir, Rose Oud and more. Montale’s Intense Cafe is such beautiful and tasty coffee and rose fragrance, so delicious you can taste the coffee! I love wearing it and it’s nice and sweet on me.

L’instant De Guerlain Pour Homme Eau Extreme Review by Man Loves Cologne
Hey everyone, it’s Sebastian with manlovescologne.com. I’ve got a great fragrance review for you today. This is L’instant De Guerlain Pour Homme Eau Extreme Review! I’ve been dying to do this one since I’ve got back from Europe, I’m finally getting to it, so here we go. What can I say about this fragrance, there’s a lot to say about this. The first thing I want to say is, it’s not available in the States. It’s a bummer, because when I first smelled this fragrance, it was on Thanksgiving Day, a cab driver happened to be French or had recently visited France. The actual thing was, his brother just got back from France and brought him two bottles of this stuff, so I got into the cab, and immediately I took a whiff of this amazing fragrance, and I had to find out what it was, so I asked the guy, I said, “What are you wearing?” and he said, “It’s Guerlain” in a very heavy accent, I couldn’t understand, and so finally I got it, and it was Guerlain, and it was really difficult, because it’s a very long name, L’Instant De Guerlain Pour Homme Extreme, so I had to do some research, and I narrowed it down and I found it on my phone what it was. That was it, I couldn’t get the smell out of my mind because it was so intoxicating; it was notes of patchouli and cocoa that I was getting in the car. I went to a friend’s house, it was a couple, a husband and wife and their kid, and was mentioning the fragrance, and they brought out something that they had recently brought back from Europe, and guess what, it was the same fragrance, I was like, “What is going on here?” So I looked around after Thanksgiving online everywhere and I couldn’t find it, it’s just not available, when I was doing some research that it’s still available outside of the States or North America, it’s available in Europe and also Asia and the Middle East, but just not available North America, and I was really bummed. Luckily, I was going to be in Europe, so finally when I got there, I picked up two bottles of this amazing fragrance and brought it back. So let’s go over this fragrance, because it’s one of the most amazing fragrances that I have ever smelled in a very very long time.
Let’s continue with our This is L’instant De Guerlain Pour Homme Eau Extreme Review! The nose behind it is Beatrice Piquet, and it was released or introduced in 2005. For top notes, we have star anise, citrus, elemi, which I’m not that familiar with that particular note. Middle notes, we have jasmine, neroli, tea, neroli is one of my favorite notes in fragrances. Finally, for the base notes, we have patchouli, sandalwood, cedar, cocoa, I love cocoa in fragrances and I also love patchouli, and one of the last notes I researched on was hibiscus seed. Those are the notes for L’Instant de Guerlain Pour Homme Eau Extreme. Now, if you’re looking for this, you might run across the original version, L’Instant de Guerlain Pour Homme which the bottle, the box looks very similar to, so make sure right here it says Eau Extreme. Not sure if this is in focus or not, might do a screen capture of this later and add it to the video but make sure if you’re looking for the fragrance it’s the extreme because the original bottle, which is still available in the states here is very similar to this. It’s a very basic bottle from a very awesome brand, Guerlain; I’ve worn several bottles of Vetiver and Habit Rouge from this brand; there might be one or two others but it’s a great brand and the fragrance is just amazing. I was fortunate enough to buy two bottles and as you can see, since the beginning of January, I’ve actually – the end of December, I’ve used up a lot of it because I just can’t get enough of this fragrance, so let’s try some on.
Okay, at first spray, I basically get citrus notes and I get cocoa mixed up very… perfectly blended together, kind of a mix of the two. As it’s drying down, I get little medicinal notes, but as soon as it’s drying down, I’m getting a lot of patchouli, which I’m very, very fond of, but this is not like a hippie patchouli, this is chocolate-y, cocoa, cocoa powdery, maybe a little anise type of patchouli; and actually citrus is very well blended with the three main notes in this fragrance, which are the citrus and cocoa and the patchouli. I’m also getting a little bit of anise now in the dry down, but I don’t get the anise at first spray. I’m not sure if I pick up any neroli in the initial spray, but I get some hints of it here and there, not too strong, I think it’s pretty pretty light. As it goes throughout the day, the dominant notes I get a lot of, which is the cocoa and the patchouli, but throughout the day, I get a little sandalwood mixed in there, maybe a little of the anise again, I don’t know how the tea comes about, but once in a while you get a little whiff of it here and there, but not so much. I think the main notes in this, the reason I’m really liking this is the way the citrus is blended with the patchouli and the cocoa. It’s all about cocoa in this L’instant De Guerlain Pour Homme Eau Extreme Review!
When I first smelled this, back in that cab, I immediately thought of when I first discovered A*Men the original from Thierry Mugler; that’s the kind of feeling I had, the reaction I had when I first discovered this. It’s such a bummer that I’m only discovering it now, just a couple months ago, because this thing has been around since 2005, and God knows where I’ve been with fragrances because this is one of the best fragrances I have ever smelled I think in my entire life. The way it works on my chemistry is just amazing because it lasts and lasts and lasts. I can go with three sprays – I do three or four sprays and I love the stuff, that’s why I do four – three or four sprays I can go all day, and if I spray some on my clothing, it’s going to be with me the next day; if I throw my clothing on the floor and pick it up and I’m folding my stuff or going to put it in the laundry, I’m going to get whiffs of this fragrance because it’s that beautifully strong. It’s… can I say masterpiece because I think it is a masterpiece. I haven’t done much research for Beatrice Piquet but I will have to do it because what she’s created here is one of the most amazing fragrances, if I had to put a list together, it would include A*Men and it would include this fragrance at the very top; it’s that good. I guess you could call it a gourmand, but it’s a lot more than that because it’s not too sweet; there’s not a lot of sweet notes, it’s not chocolate, it’s cocoa; whereas chocolate, it has sweetness to it, and cocoa is all bitter and not sweet as all. That’s basically what I’m getting with this: it’s a very citrusy, tart, chocolate – not chocolate, cocoa and patchouli with hints of anise in there and the sandalwood.
Anyway, if you guys have not tried this thing, L’Instant de Guerlain Eau Extreme, you should seek it out and try it because it’s amazing. I’ve tried both versions, the original and this one and the original just doesn’t do it for me. It’s almost like a refreshing kind of a fragrance, but I was doing some research, and there’s not a lot written about this fragrance online, but I was doing some research and I found out that they were trying to go complete extreme, that’s why it’s called extreme. Does that mean I like extreme and powerful, strong fragrances? Yes I do, I love them and usually the stronger the fragrance, the better it is on my body chemistry. I don’t know, something about the way I smell things I guess, the way I pick up. I will always remember the day when I first smelled this: it was an uber car that I had picked out here in San Francisco, and I am so grateful that that happened because I would never have discovered this amazing masterpiece of a fragrance if I never got into that car and this L’instant De Guerlain Pour Homme Eau Extreme Review would not have ever made it onto this page.
With this L’instant De Guerlain Pour Homme Eau Extreme Review I want to mention that it is a wonderfully amazing fragrance from the house of Guerlain, and like I said, unfortunately, it’s not available in stores in the States, but you can get it here at this link online. It will be a little expensive because it’s not available here, but I’d say whatever the price is, get it: it’s amazing. If you’re paying like $100 – $120 for Thierry Mugler’s Pure Malt, Pure Havane, then if you pay like another $20 for this stuff, it’s definitely worth it. And that’s basically it, that’s all I have to say about L’Instant de Guerlain Pour Homme Eau Extreme. If you have any questions for me, feel free to put a comment up and please give me a thumbs up, click the link on my information page section on the page and it’ll take you to the website and you can either pick up a bottle of this or check out other reviews of fragrances. Thanks so much for watching, I look forward to a new review very soon; I’ve got lots of fragrances that I’d like to put up, reviews for fragrances, so we’ll be doing that shortly. Thanks again for reading my L’instant De Guerlain Pour Homme Eau Extreme Review, have a good one, good bye!
