Here’s a first impressions video shot at Tigerlily Perfumery in San Francisco, California. I was anticipating this release from Andy Tauer, Tauer Perfumes or shall we say this line of fragrances is called TauerVille. Originally Rose Flash was a roll on so I dismissed it but happy that it was released as an actual perfume now!
Glad I got my nose on Tauerville Rose Flash and I am the proud owner of it now. After my first impressions of Rose Flash at Tigerlily Perfumer here in San Francisco I just had to get a bottle of this beautiful rose fragrance from Andy Tauer! I’m sure anyone into rose perfumes is going to fall in love with Rose Flash as well.
As always please watch, rate, comment, subscribe and share this video. I appreciate it. And stay tuned for more videos very soon!!
I found a masterpiece again and that fragrance is Tauer Perfumes L’Air Du Desert Marocain or simply known as LDDM. What a beautiful Oriental spicy fragrance this is. All the great fragrance notes that typically go into the Oriental fragrances like cumin, amber, coriander plus notes like cedar, vetiver, petitgrain, jasmin and rock rose to make for a beautiful, velvety, creamy fragrance.
On first sniff Tauer Perfumes L’Air Du Desert Marocain was great but it was at the end of a night at a perfume event and my nose was experiencing fatigue. Second time I tried Tauer Perfumes L’Air Du Desert Marocain and I got really excited and fell in love with it. This was my first official sniff and finally I purchased Tauer Perfumes L’Air Du Desert Marocain on my third sniff. I love this one now and it will be in full rotation for me this coming fall and winter seasons. The nose behind Tauer Perfumes L’Air Du Desert Marocain is Andy Tauer.
If you’re into the Oriental style perfumes then get your nose on this masterpiece. It’s excellent!!
As always please watch, like, share, subscribe, this video. Thank you!
Tauer Perfumes Cologne Du Maghreb Fragrance Review
A fresh fragrance from Tauer Perfumes? Yes! Cologne du Maghreb by Tauer Perfumes was a nice surprise for me and surely a bottle worthy fragrance. I think Cologne du Maghreb is a perfect fragrance for those warm days as it’s a citrus aromatic and a Eau de Cologne. From my first impressions though I can tell this Eau de Cologne is going to be an excellent performing fragrance.
I get the DNA of my L’Air du Desert Marocain but this is a fresh, spicy lemoney citrus fragrance. The bottle for Cologne du Maghreb is also different than the other fragrances by Andy Tauer, Tauer Perfumes.
If you do not know Cologne du Maghreb then do check it out. This cologne is going to be perfect for those of you in very hot and humid climates. Definitely recommended!
Imaginary Authors Cobra & The Canary Fragrance Review
This is a quick My First Impressions review video for Imaginary Authors Cobra & The Canary fragrance by Josh Meyer. I left The Cobra & The Canary towards the end as I wasn’t too excited about it on initial looking into the notes but once it came time to review The Cobra And The Canary I got excited about it. And Imaginary Authors Cobra & The Canary does not disappoint either.
It’s pretty nice. The tobacco note is actually a tobacco flower not an actual dried tobacco leaf that’s in a typical tobacco dominant fragrance that I’m enjoying lately so it’s more floral which is a nice change. So once again I’m very impressed by Imaginary Authors with The Cobra & The Canary and once again this is going to be bottle worthy. I’ve got two more reviews coming up with Imaginary Authors and we shall see which fragrances are winners from the Imaginary Authors collection of fragrances.
Imaginary Authors Memoirs Of A Trespasser Fragrance Review
Memoirs Of A Trespasser is nother great fragrance from the Imaginary Authors collection of indie fragrances created by Josh Meyer. This a masculine vanilla fragrance that a man can pull off. It’s a big, bold, woodsy, earthy vanilla. It has slight touches of booziness which I love.
Memoirs Of A Trespasser author is Philip Sava again who also wrote Cape Heartache. The two fragrance compliment each if you think about it. They are both utilizing woods and earth for the notes.
I’m very impressed with Imaginary Authors and can’t wait to go through the rest of the collection of fragrances in the catalog of it’s fragrances.
I was very excited about the notes for Cape Heartache and I was right. I love anything with pine, cedar or anything foresty smelling. Woods, green, leaves, dried plants, dead trees, musty old forest. I love it. The only thing I was worried about Cape Heartache was the strawberry note I thought would clash but it’s surprisingly great here. So far I’m quite impressed with the Imaginary Authors collection of fragrances composed by Josh Meyer. What do you think of Cape Heartache? The Imaginary Author is Philip Sava who also has another novel called Memoirs Of A Trespasser. I will review Memoirs Of A Trespasser soon!
Once again I’m exploring an indie house and this time it’s Imaginary Authors! I wanted to start out with Bull’s Blood first as Bull’s Blood seemed like the most intriguing of the notes in all of the fragrances I received from Josh Meyer the nose and owner behind Bull’s Blood.
I’m actually pleasantly surprised at how great Bull’s Blood is by Imaginary Authors! It’s a great scent to start my exploration of the Imaginary Authors! And you know me I’m a huge fan of Rose and Patchouli in fragrances and this one is all about that but with a lot of musk and some leather or suede or material/cloth of some kind in the mix. It’s great. At times I get hints of Musk Oud from By Kilian. Overall a great scent. Check it out if you haven’t and stay tuned for more First Impression reviews of Imaginary Authors fragrances!!
