I really enjoyed the San Francisco Artisan Fragrance Salon along with the San Francisco Artisan Chocolate Salon! This is a quick haul video with the fragrances I purchased at the San Francisco Artisan Fragrance Salon and as well as the fragrance samples I received from the different indie niche perfume houses that were at the event.
If you are in San Francisco or nearby you should definitely check out the San Francisco Artisan Fragrance Salon. It’s fun and you might learn a thing or two about indie niche perfume houses and what it takes to create your own indie perfumes. There are a lot of talented perfumers at the event and it’s always fun to sniff out their unique creations.
I think rose is one of my favorite notes in fragrances now. My rose journey really continues and I’m enjoying having the rose note in a lot of my fragrances. If you are shying away from rose in your fragrances do check out the fragrances that have rose as a dominant note as they tend not be that feminine.
The 6 new fragrances in my collection with a dominant rose note are more masculine or masculine leaning scents. I’m so in love with these fragrances and will continue finding more fragrances with rose as a dominant note. Any fragrances you enjoy with a dominant rose note? Please comment below and let me know.
I had an excellent time in France. Finally I counted what I’ve picked up fragrance wise and put together a quick video. I did a lot of shopping for perfumes, fragrances. I think I brought back a pretty nice collection of perfumes and fragrances and I can’t wait to put these to test by wearing them and experiencing them on my skin with the current temperatures we’re experiencing. There were some excellent love at first sniff fragrances that I picked up and there were some fragrances that I just had to get because of the deals I found. I’ve been to France multiple times and this is the first time I spent a lot of time exploring fragrances and going from one perfume shop to another. Doing this got me hooked and I want to go back and explore perfumes even more! There are a lot more perfumes that need to be explored and exposed and I’d love to do it more.
