Jacques Bogart Bogart Pour Homme was a late discovery for me. It was released in 2004 and was composed by the well known nose Maurice Roucel along with Norbert Bijaoui. Those of you that have heard of Maurice Roucel will know that he’s got some very popular fragrances under his belt like Frederic Malle’s Musc Ravageur and Nautica’s Voyage among many other popular fragrances. So when I discovered this fragrance I knew it was going to be great. So when I received it I was immediately blown away by how great it is.
Jacques Bogart Bogart Pour Homme is a big barbershoppy style fragrance with a big dominant note of Tonka Bean. So you get patchouli, lavender and the tonka bean sweetens this fragrance up a bit. Jacques Bogart Bogart Pour Homme has excellent performance with awesome longevity and big projection. And for 20 dollars it’s a steal. Try this fragrance now you wont be disappointed.
Eau De Cartier By Cartier For Men/Women Eau De Toilette Spray Review
Hey everyone, this is Sebastian with manlovescologne.com. I’ve got another great cologne review for you today, this time it’s Eau De Cartier by Cartier. Eau de Cartier was released in 2001, so it’s been around for a while, but it’s a nice, fresh, scented fragrance to wear throughout the day and evening. It’s definitely unisex but I’ve heard some things like, women say it’s more masculine than unisex, but I think women and men do wear it; I love it, it’s a really fresh fragrance. And yeah, so basically, Eau De Cartier is a beautiful, minimalist design bottle, comes like this, and when you want to spray it, you basically kind of go down like this so it unlocks, and then you close it back so it doesn’t accidentally spill if you travel with it, but this is the bottle, it’s beautifully designed, with the logo right here on the side with the name, Eau De Cartier. So notes-wise, we’ve got yuzu, violet leaf, violet flower, cedar, lavender, coriander, white amber, bergamot, musk, and patchouli, as some of the notes in Eau De Cartier. So let’s try some.
First spray, I get a lot of citrus notes, but it dries down and becomes a little more musky, a little more soapy, definitely get the patchouli in there, and the white amber and the musk on its dry down, but I’m getting more lavender and soap in the beginning along with the citrus, definitely get the violet. It’s a fun fragrance, it’s definitely younger, it’s not so much very conservative, it’s more playful, it’s more fun, you can wear it throughout the day, it’s perfect for work, I don’t think people will complain too much, because you’re not going to leave a trail when you’re walking around so it’s got a great silage. Projection wise, it’s pretty nice; longevity, I think it will last you three to five hours, depending on how many sprays you’ve got on. It’s a very nice fragrance, it’s perfect for daytime, it’s perfect for summer, it’s perfect for winter; for winter you might have to do a couple more sprays. Summertime, it’s perfect on your body, if you spray some on your chest, your arms, and the more you spray, the more it’s going to last on you, so it’s perfect for beach type settings, restaurants, going out, dinners, and for clubs, more sprays will do it.
So there you go, Cartier Eau De Cartier, it’s been around since 2001, this 6.7 oz bottle goes for about $120 in department stores, but I’m sure you can find this bottle for a lot less online. Check out www.manlovescologne.com and there should be a link to some places where you can purchase it for discounted rates, but yeah, that’s basically it, Eau De Cartier is definitely one I go back to every so often; it’s light, it’s fresh, it’s refreshing, it’s not overpowering, it won’t put people off. It’s a great fragrance to wear here and there and for friends and all that good stuff. Eau De Cartier. Anyway, thanks so much for watching, until next time, tune in. Give me a thumbs up, put some reviews up for me, and visit www.manlovescologne.com or click the link below this video. Thanks so much! See you next time, goodbye.
Narciso Rodriguez For Him by Narciso Rodriguez Review
Hey everyone, it’s Sebastian with manlovescologne.com. I’ve got another great fragrance review for you today, so hang on tight, and here we go. Today, I want to review this excellent cologne by Narciso Rodriguez, it’s basically just called Narciso Rodriguez For Him. The nose behind this fragrance is Francis Kurkdjian, it’s definitely an evening cologne. It’s very powerful, very strong, and it’s got major longevity, so for those of you that are turned off by really really strong fragrances, this is probably not going to be for you. How did I discover this cologne? I fly a lot, and I was at the Duty Free one day, and I decided to try it out, because I had heard about it, and I put it on, and I actually wore it on the flight, it was really really strong, and I think some people were giving me the looks, but anyway, this is a pretty strong cologne. Evening wear is definitely when I would wear it, it’s definitely for night time, clubbing, going out, you need a couple of sprays, and basically, that’s it. It’s going to overpower. What I like about this is, not the initial spray, but the dry down. Since it stays strong, when you put it on, you go on with your day, you come back, you do some stuff with your hands and you’re going to wash it, I actually really like what you get from after the cologne’s been sitting on your hands for a long time. It’s a very nice powdery, soapy, smell. I just love that part about this cologne. Even though it’s way too strong and powerful, you’re going to love it at the end of the day. It’s going to stay with you up until the end of the day, if you put it on in the morning, it’ll even go until the next day, and if you spray it on your clothes, you’re going to carry it with you if you don’t wash your clothes the next time you wear that same outfit, so it’s pretty powerful. So let’s try it out, and see where this fragrance goes. All you need is one spray, basically, unless you want to really be taking a shower with it.
So, basically what I get when I spray this on is basically lots of musk, and I get patchouli, but somewhere in there, I also get violet leaf, kind of a floral kind of a element to it. The notes in this fragrance are musk, amber, I do get a lot of amber, violet leaf, and patchouli, those are the main notes in this cologne. Basically, it’s For Him by Narciso Rodriguez. Right now, it’s kind of drying down, I’m experiencing the amber and the patchouli, but like I said, it’s going to go a long way if you wear one or two sprays. I think one will be enough; I do two, but not big sprays, kind of small sprays. So this fragrance was inspired by the big time Fougere fragrances of the eighties. I’m thinking that it reminds me of things like Halston, I’m not sure if that’s eighties, I think that’s probably seventies, things like Aramis, and anything along those lines, so I think this is kind of inspired by those eighties’ scents, so it might be a little strong for today’s noses, especially for the younger noses. I think it might be off-putting for them, as this is not a weak scent; it’s definitely a very powerful, powerful, fragrance.
So anyway, this is Narciso Rodriguez For Him, it’s a beautiful bottle, you don’t see any of the juice in it, it’s frosted, it almost looks like it’s gray, but it’s not, it’s kind of just covered up, made to look like you’ve got gray juice in it, but the bottles are beautiful, I think the women’s is similar but a different color, but the men’s is definitely a very minimalist design, strong cap on top, and silver squirter and glass. So yeah, basically this is it. Narciso Rodriguez For Him, try it out if you like the strong stuff.
